Functions of PP Geotextile Fabric

Installation Guide
- Before construction, the roadbed should be integrated and cleaned, and the surface should not have sharp corners. Do not let stones, a large amount of dust or moisture, etc., which may damage the woven cloth, block the drain or filter, or may cause difficulties for the subsequent connection, enter the woven cloth or the woven cloth.
- The plastic woven fabrics are better to be laid up mechanically, or laid manually. When laying, fix one end with a fixer, tighten it with machinery or manpower, and lay it straight and close to the road. The fixer includes a fixed nail and a fixed iron sheet. The fixing nails should be cement nails or shot nails. The nail length is 8-10cm and the iron sheet can be fixed with iron sheet with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 3mm.
- Use industrial sewing machine to sew, and the sewing method adopts “Ding sewing” and “Overlock sewing”. The suture thread must be made of the same or surpassed material as the woven cloth, and there should be obvious color difference between the suture thread and the woven cloth for easy inspection.
- After installation, visually inspect the surface of all plastic woven fabrics to identify all damaged landlords, mark and repair them, and make sure that there is no foreign matter that can cause damage to the paving surface, such as broken needles. Pay special attention to stitching during installation to ensure that no gravel in the soil or gravel covering layer enters the middle of the woven fabric.
