Construction method of polyester filament geotextile
(1) Construction steps: construction preparation→laying liquor asphalt sticky layer oil→laying geotextile→laying asphalt concrete.
(2) Construction preparation: The old road surface should be cleaned of loose dust and debris, cleaned to keep the road dry, and the uneven part of the road surface should be leveled. If the road surface is severely damaged, the structure should be replaced according to the design requirements. Level the road with obvious rutting.
(3) Spread the bituminous sticky layer oil: use liquid petroleum pitch for the sticky layer oil. When spraying, the atmospheric temperature should be above 10℃, and the oil temperature should not be lower than 180℃. Use one spray, and the oil volume is 0.7kg/m. Spray evenly, and the spray width should be 5~10cm wider than the geotextile.
(4) Laying and lap joint of geotextile: The geotextile is manually laid, using single-sided pile polyester filament, weighing about 300g/m2, and the rough side of the pile is facing up, and one side is tightened and fixed. Lay straight and close to the road. The laying of geotextile must be completed before it loses its cohesiveness. After laying, it is rolled with a tire roller to make it tightly combined and the length of the wipe is 10-20cm. The geotextile should be laid in a straight line as much as possible. When it is necessary to turn, cut it at the turning point to avoid wrinkles when laying it over and over.
(5) Laying the asphalt concrete surface layer: After the geotextile is laid, pave the asphalt concrete immediately. In order to make the paver and the transportation vehicle drive, you can sprinkle sand or stone chips on the geotextile, and ensure the asphalt concrete compactness.
(6) Precautions for construction: Geotextiles cannot be stacked in the open air, and there must be fixed rain and sun protection facilities to prevent dampness or aging under ultraviolet light. When laying asphalt concrete, prevent vehicles from turning sharply or braking on the geotextile. It is not suitable for construction when it is raining and humid or the temperature is cold, otherwise the bonding strength will be affected.
