BPM Indonesian customer sent an email through the company’s website for 6 oz non woven geotextile fabric, and we learned that the customer has a large-scale landfill project. Based on our previous experience in dealing with landfills, we recommend non woven geotextile fabric and geomembranes to the customer. The main problems encountered by customers at landfills is the leakage of landfills which can cause serious environmental pollution, soil pollution, salinization, and parasites and pathogens in the soil cause public illness. In addition, the hazardous waste will also infiltrate and pollute the groundwater, and will eventually enter the human food chain, causing serious damage to the human body.
Solution
In order to solve the above problems, BPM Geosynthetics recommended 1.2mm HDPE geomembrane and 200g filament geotextile for Indonesian customers. The 1.2mm thickness geomembrane liner can effectively prevent harmful garbage from penetrating into the groundwater. In addition, the geomembrane can also seal up hazardous waste, so that the surface of the landfill can be transformed into a garden or park.We recommend 6 oz non woven geotextile fabric, this kind of filament geotextile has good tensile strength and puncture resistance, but also has good drainage function, acid and alkali resistance, and anti-aging properties.
We communicated in detail with Indonesian customers about the existing difficulties of the landfill site and the performance and installation of the product. After the customer inspected the HDPE geomembrane and filament geotextile samples, we successfully signed an order for the 4*40HQ container.
After 20 days of shipping time, our geomembrane and filament geotextile successfully arrived at the construction site. Through our online construction guidance and welding video, the workers completed the installation in 15 days. Customers were very satisfied with our coorperation.
